Asian grocery store ground chicken is my favorite since they use more thigh. Any organic ground chicken or turkey can be trusted. Turkey or chicken Patties are nice ways to enjoy, i like to add a few cooked yams in the mixture to add texture since the meat is really Lean

Okay thank you both I’ll try these out I haven’t done ground chicken before either just seems like everyone health wise suggests switching from beef to turkey
