Hanging knee tucks (takes pressure off lower back) Bosu ball crunches (added extension/back support) Bosu ball leg raises. add 5-15lb dumbbell between feet for added impact

Specially like the hanging tucks, would also highly recommend hollow body holds, amazing exercise
