Almost completely convinced you really only need three exercises for your abs: - leg raises - decline crunches - planks / side planks

You actually only really need two if you’re looking to build your abs with hypertrophy and progressive overload— some sort of weighted overhead crunch and leg raises. But for a stable core that’s a whole different story.

Have you been through them all and these are based on your results? If targeting core, I don’t necessarily disagree with these, never tried decline crunches, turned off crunches all together honestly.

Why are you targeting your abs? I feel like a heavyish low back squat is the best ab exercise because of the pressure you have to keep while moving

You should add in Bird dogs, and dead bugs too.. intracore stability.. also cable crunches are greater than decline crunches for overall core activation

Hanging knee tucks (takes pressure off lower back) Bosu ball crunches (added extension/back support) Bosu ball leg raises. add 5-15lb dumbbell between feet for added impact

Planks are wonderful but You don’t need the isolated movements unless you are competing in body building. If you’re looking for strength and stability (and you’d like to see your abs pop) try throwing 30 lbs in a backpack and walking for 45mins. Your abs will look like the Spartans in 300.
