Definitely not traditional, more of a modern, maximalist take on tacos (aka "white people tacos") but really good nonetheless. The homemade tortillas were a gamechanger and the sauces and garnishes paired well with each of the various proteins. Really enjoyed the roasted pork and crispy pork belly. Brisket (special) was a little chewy but still yummy with some morsels of fat throughout.

A little on the pricey side at $7 each (was ~$50 for 7 tacos) but the tacos are loaded and really filling so you probably only need like 2-3 per person (or maybe 4-5 if you eat like a maniac like me). Guy at the counter (manager?) also passed the vibe check; had some good banter while I waited for the food and told me a bit more about the place.

Not sure how I hadn't been here before (they've been open for 3.5 years in this spot and had one in Salem before) but will definitely be back next time I'm around!
