Actually, we never raised funds at a discount. The only OTC sale the Degen Foundation ever did was with 1Confirmation, and they bought above market price at the time, since there wasn’t much liquidity available yet.

At the same time, not selling was a good choice too, since I'm now locked into the project, though I could have had a bigger war chest to blitzscale.
