you don’t need to “send it to China”, you can basically use user-made clips for your own promotional marketing without compensation, without attribution, for your own benefit, or to mix it up, rehash, train your own LLMs, whatever you fancy doing

imagine YouTube which trains Google video generation AI to spit out realistic clips for Shorts

now do the same with TikTok (CapCut is made by TikTok)
