When I minted my first NFT on Namecoin in 2014, I never imagined that I would become a herder of aye-ayes years later. AyeAyeCoin is a milestone project in the history of blockchain, akin to the ViolaWWW Browser in the early days of the World Wide Web — a groundbreaking example of early exploration and innovation. In 2013, Vitalik Buterin published a paper detailing Colored Coins and their potential use cases. Vitalik fell out with the Colored Coin crew. I wonder if it was the ex-IDF eToro guy rubbed him the wrong way. It was for the best as it led him to develop the Turing-complete Ethereum platform.
