Pretty confident the US Fed won't cut rates tomorrow.  Too much chaos in the US at the moment so I can't see them adding to it.

Powell answers a question at FOMC with this...

"we expect a meaningful amount of inflation to arrive in coming months, and we have to take that into account."

So yeah, rates are higher than they need to be right now because the full effects of the tariffs is unknown.
