Yes. Here’s the pages on the aftermath. This is describing the Battle of Crécy. Edward went on to whoop ass at one more battle, Calais, but didn’t rly do much with that. And the people could self assign to whom they wanted — wasn’t like nationhood like we know it now — so it just kinda fizzled

A lot of them were apparently kind of into it because it gave them purpose. Nobles didn’t have jobs otherwise. When there was no war they came home and did fights for fun kinda like gladiators or smth

I honestly can not imagine sieging, or being in a siege for a whole year. Absolutely miserable and terrifying the entire time I'm sure.
