Hi @linda @ted, We’ve observed a few onboarding bottlenecks through the Hunt Town community that may be affecting new users’ experience on Farcaster. I wanted to share these in hopes they might be helpful for improving the onboarding flow: 1. When a new user joins Farcaster, their comments are often invisible — it seems they are automatically “ghosted” due to having a spam label of 0 (unlabeled). While we understand the need for moderation, this can be very discouraging for new users and may prevent them from becoming active contributors. 2. New users often face issues with account verification. The available options seem to vary from user to user, and in some cases, users are unable to complete full verification at all. You can see an example of this in the recent discussion with @gfam on Hunt Town (attaching the image on comment). 3. We’ve also encountered a recurring issue with the 72-hour account recovery system. Even users who join with pre-paid invite codes are sometimes forced to wait multiple days before they can access the platform. This delay creates a frustrating barrier for new users (also attaching the image on comment). We truly believe improving the onboarding journey is crucial to Farcaster’s broader growth. Thanks Project7, this was my first onboarding attempt and it hasn't really gone smoothly with the verification. We think we've done everything correctly but it doesn't seem to be working, so would love some guidance.

Thanks for showing this issue! I still believe that Farcaster is the best Web3 social platform. I just hope that they can scale x10, x100 by making more newbie friendly onboarding process. 4777 👏
