Going on first run in a while tomorrow. Got a new job 18 months ago that has been all-consuming but gonna force myself to make time to get back into shape

But so worth it! 

Over time I’ve shifted from “me last” in priority order to definitely maintaining some level of activity - good for me *and* all my relationships, including work
