Which bánh mì do you prefer?
With pork floss (NYC, Bánh Mì Zon) or without (NYC, Saigon Deli)?

One thing I do know: both of these hole-in-the-wall spots always hit hardest. And they’ve got the real-deal shatter bread—which, let’s be honest, might be the most important part of the bánh naming. 😏

*Great* idea! Oh yeah. Pâté is a must. I always wonder if I should order extra pate, but then I decide not to because trying to keep everything in balance.
