I call this COVID pizza: tortilla shell for dough, jarred sauce, last scraps of cheese. Improvised in the early days when the world shut down. Crust so thin it’s almost theoretical. Sometimes "survival mode" delivers a win.

Yeah we lived off of this. Now I’m craving it. Definitely hits the spot when in the mood for super thin. I know we had some tricks but now I can’t remember, tbh!
