A *one* egg omelette takes a bit of attention. Yeah, just one egg… Trick is to tilt pan during cooking to prevent thinning over entire surface area. Here it is: tender, just set, no browning. Filled with Jarlsberg and cheddar. Finished with grated Jarlsberg and cracked pepper. 🧀 Minimal. Melty. Max flavor.
