One of my favorite things about @delphi-digital is how open they are to young talent. I’ve worked with high schoolers who blew me away... 

Many are more intellectually equipped than adults I knew at 25.

A generation ago, this just wasn’t possible.

But these kids grew up on YouTube, podcasts, Google. By their teens, they’ve absorbed ideas I had to:

1. Learn through painful trial (utterly crashing and burning); or

2. Didn’t find until my 30s (esp. concepts around mental models + mindfulness)

Now, ChatGPT is widening that gap even further.

Gen Alpha = the first AI-native generation.

If they can tune out the algorithmic timesinks, their upper bounds aren’t just high, they’re truly uncapped.
