do we have a lack of users or a lack of apps?

We need more users more than we need more apps right now 

Builders need to put themselves in the shoes of a prospective user of their app or product then focus all of their energy on super-serving those users and providing a product that clearly fills a need or desire

This is how we will grow as an industry

serious question, can someone tell me why we’re launching so many new chains rather than improve the ones we already have?

please don’t say “onboarding new users” because you don’t give a shit about marketing to anyone outside of crypto.

Users are used to giving away their data/info for free in exchange for access to products or services

The goal is to reward users for their data/information

Find ways to pay users for information in a variety of niches

I don’t think speed/cost are the big issue

It’s more than most people don’t see how crypto clearly solves a need or desire

What’s the clear use case for the average person?

The cost and speed of eth/base platform are too expensive and slow 

Users aren't showing up because the alternatives are still *better* for them around how they use social media
