Rainbow makes a seemingly unsolicited proposal to acquire Clanker for 4% of the total supply of $RNBW which hasn't launched yet. My initial reaction is that it seems crazy for Clanker to entertain this offer with these terms but this offer does get at the issue of the lack of value accrual for $CLANKER - Clanker team could just do some of this themselves and create a flywheel with a clearer vision of Clanker's future. Big fan of the Clanker team @dish @lobstermindset.eth @m00npapi.eth and others who have contributed to Clanker's success. Feels like an inflection point and I'm hopeful that Clanker will continue to be a project that we can all be excited about into the future.

i am curious what you think is crazy about the terms - 4% of a whole company for 100% of another company - RFV (full reset) of the treasury assets, to absolve the "team" of responsibility (re: legal obligation) - new jobs via acquihire - new token aka new price action - turning the page post proxy saga i don't think it's that bad all things considered, but i am curious of other views cuz clearly i am biased toward it being good also, idc about closed door negotiation/public post for good faith etc. it's crypto, that's how the news goes.

It seems like it's just 4% of RNBW for everything which could be a good outcome but maybe not depending on the market cap/liquidity/lockup of the RNBW token that the Clanke team would receive. I would think that Clanker would want some cash or equity in Rainbow and not just the token exposure.

oh i see - i'm not in the mind of the clanker team, but they have to wonder how much higher than can take it than $50-100M. Obviously RNBW is valuing itself ~$1B and "it goes up from here" The rest of the results are the premium referenced in the screenshot idk how Clanker structured the entity to begin with - but also dont really know how much equity ClankerDevCo or Foundation would be really worth on a longer time horizon
