Not seeing much on the internet about why Circle might be looking to sell instead of going public. Could be a reason as simple as the share price determined by bankers are just too low or could be around being a public company (increased reporting requirements) that make it hard for them to operate.

Don't think they're getting the $4-5B valuation with bankers so they're looking at private markets/acquirers to give them that valuation
