We underestimate how much words alone can change our internal landscape

It makes me think of the revolutions in Eastern Europe (Czechoslovakia, Poland, Latvia, Slovakia come to mind ) vaclav havel, in the 70s / 80s, poets in songwriters were sought after because everybody understood that words and songs were cognitive viruses

Songs and poems are just essays in condensed and shareable form
