Sometimes I just use the infinite mode to do a shorter meditation. A tiny moment of presence can feel very good and centering before going back to work and creation.

In Thich Nhat Hanh's words : "We sit to be in touch with all the wonders of the cosmos, of life and the present moment. We just sit and we don't need to do anything. We don't even need to get enlightened. We just sit to be happy. And when you sit quietly, you can begin to see many things."

Interesting moments of truth today. Some thoughts can be very interesting during meditation. They are precious too.
