The biggest thing that slows me down right now is setting things up from scratch in new environments. Once they're up and running. π I'm also not using a lot of heavy tooling until it's needed or if it's quicker to set up than doing the simplest thing. (i.e. postgres vs sqlite, former has more managed options)

Agreed. The opportunity cost of excessive setup time hurts. We went with Stacktape to eliminate that time at the cloud provider level and I couldnβt be happier. Saved us weeks of time

I'll check them out. Never heard of them. I'm currently on Railway since I'm keeping my setup simple and I don't have to do much there. Taking advantage of their CI/CD with GitHub to keep everything up to date. I'll see how it goes once I launch and get more usage.

We looked at Railway as well. Good luck and lmk if you want a look at Stacktape, been very happy so far. We just set up a GitHub action that runs the Stacktape CLI for CI/CD. About 20 LOC π
