Perhaps it’s because I’m too much of a purist, but I cannot imagine using a terminal thats VC funded, includes a paid plan, and isn’t even open sourced. By all means use what works best for you, but I gotta draw a line 😅

I used Warp for a while but it was too slow for my needs so I witched to Ghostty.
Having an integrated AI to just write commands was nice but I can also do that in Cursor or ask Claude Code to do it.
Another feature I miss was filtering, made it easier to explore through logs without having to pipe them and then grep them.

Good to know! Actually fiddling with a prebaked terminal setup right now 👀 I think a lot of the things people like about Warp are actually easy to add in to a terminal like ghostty if you know what you’re doing. Gonna see where it leads ￼🌝
