Just finished Read Write Own.

As someone who is deep in the space and internet history, the book, for the most part, didn't present anything new to me personally but it's a big achievement to put it all together in such a clean and concise way.

I want EVERYONE to read this.

got it, going to download it now. another question (sorry for so many questions, but still trying to figure all this out). can you do a thread on farcaster? googled it and couldn't really find anything

Censorship resistance requires privacy.

Me and others tried to make Google aware of this and had some early ideas of how to tie in Blockchains and decentralization identity to help with provenance and such... nothing came out of it unfortunately.

I worry that the attention will only come back too late.
For example once deepfakes cause literal wars and everyone finally wakes up and realizes blockchains are the only solution to decentralized identity.

I think the accessibility brought about by FC and Zora makes it a bit easier to foresee how crypto could align with Apple Vision and AI, but it’s true that we’re still far from anything concrete.

Each such talking point represents huge opportunity for us (to render, crowdsource, verify, transact, own etc.)
