What would happen if you fell into a black hole?
Imagine you're falling into a black hole. And now the moment of crossing the event horizon has arrived. What would you see?
Actually, nothing special.
While you were falling from the outside, approaching the black hole, you could see the stars in the back and the blackness in front.
After crossing the event horizon, everything will remain the same, if your body is not already torn apart by the monstrous gravity, then the stars will be visible from behind, and blackness in front. You won't even notice that you've crossed a border.
The light from distant stars also penetrates the horizon, just like you. Another thing is that he won't be able to escape, just like you.
The deeper you sink, the more the outside world will shrink for you. All external objects will move further back until they all come together at one point.
Your friends (who stayed outside to see you off) will see something completely different. For them, you will remain frozen on the horizon forever, never falling inside. The reason for this is that your time will stop for them at that moment.
But let's return to you, as you fall deeper and approach the central singularity, miraculously still alive. What will happen?
No one knows, as gravity and space curvature have become infinite, and no laws of physics apply.
There are some fantastic hypotheses about what might happen:
1. Time loop. Space and time are reversed, and the object begins to move in a closed time loop. It can see its own past or future, but it cannot escape the loop.
2. Another universe. According to quantum gravity theories, a black hole could be a portal to another universe. In this case, the object could find itself in a different reality.
In general, be careful and avoid falling into black holes. 0 reply
