My perfect morning I don't use an alarm clock. I leave the curtains open in the evening and wake up naturally. This solution eliminates unnecessary stress at the moment of waking up. The first hour of the morning is the most important. It's divided by the 20-20-20 principle: 20 minutes of warm-up I do basic exercises: squats, push-ups, abs. It helps me wake up, triggers dopamine production and gradually improves my fitness. In addition to warming up, I have also added running: it's hard so far, but I'm gradually getting into it.

My morning is much more prosaic: I woke up (with an alarm clock!), morning toilet, two cups of coffee and went to work!๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜1118 $degen
