If these men actually gave up their real jobs and money — if they actually sacrificed — it might be inspiring. This is a sham, that is meant to make YOU feel okay sacrificing so much more than they ever will while they laugh all the way to the bank

He’s trying to compare himself to THIS “Ultimately, hundreds of business leaders flocked to lend their expertise to the government, in exchange for nominal salaries and punishing work schedules. These patriots were known as “dollar-a-year men.”” Is this man a dollar a year man? I don’t think so
