best network for tech / startups still nature is insanely beautiful, so many hikes and day trips sf is always “mildly warm” during the day, rarely rains relative to other cities as for parts, marina, pac heights, russian hill, pan handle, cole valley, richmond, noe are all beautiful and relatively safe
