Really love what youâre building with LumArtâit feels like a rare mix of creativity, care, and long-term thinking. A few thoughts that came up: âą you made this statement âRight now, if youâre someone who has won already, you might feel the incentive to keep things smallâvote for your friends, win more often, get more of your work into the collection..â i had an idea of Maybe creating rotating roles (like âguest curatorsâ) to keep things fresh. As the same few artists continue to win (especially early on), thereâs a risk of creative fatigue or frustrationâfor both the artists and the community watching. People might feel pressure to constantly produce top-tier work just to stay visible (well they should produce top tier work but no pressure), or new folks might feel like thereâs an âin-groupâ that always wins (which is usually mostly the case on farcaster).

Rotating roles offer a way to keep winners engaged and valued without asking them to compete every week. Instead, they temporarily shift from competing to shaping the space, examples they could pick out the theme for the next competition or the criteria that would be used to judge or something along that line
