i often see men posting about it or engaging with it more than women, but have never taken the time (yet) to reflect on why that may be.

well i’m not a woman but i’ll still give my 2 cents because i’ve thrown the same question to my mom and sisters and cousins and their reply was that they do not in anyway feel the need to be stoic neither do they want to, they said they feel better sharing and airing out their problems which is a good thing “a problem shared is a problem half solved”
