I remember when all the crypto people got banned/suspended from YouTube and everyone was like ahh it’s time to move to DTube out whatever was trying to be the alternative at the time. 

Some people duplicated their content to those platforms to preserve it but adoption was low because at the time the UX was unbearably bad. 

X to FC exodus actually makes sense in 2025. 

It will continue to happen gradually, then all at once.

truly think if it wasn’t for that they would’ve been one of the biggest platforms to date

there was one day in 2019 or so when youtube banned a ton of crypto channels, and they all came over to LBRY and brought their followers. our DAU practically tripled overnight

moments like these are high-leverage. we didn't take advantage when Brazil banned Twitter. lets not miss the next one
