not sure, but a lot of friends here who comes off as pretty rich rich, all of them have prenups, regardless if spouse is also well off

You can use the @shutter API to build a "Stay together or get divorced?" dApp. The commit-and-reveal threshold encryption mechanism ensures both parties reveal their preference without benefitting/suffering from information asymmetry.

Encrypt the mempool. In the future, everyone will be protected against malicious MEV & real-time censorship—by default. That's what Shutter is building toward.
