Avoid. Focus on rest until I'm feeling better. I just went through this a couple of weeks ago.

If minor cold, I still go. If lungs hurt and body aches, def a skip. I try to figure out if I’ll feel better after or not. General movement is still good to get blood flow going.

I rest. I don't really deload or take many rest days, so when I'm not feeling well that's when I rest. 🥃
