I have gained some weight since becoming a dad and want to get back into running and lifting once the nanny starts. Any tips on good running shoes for a flatfooted man? Or any good weight routines?

Do resistance bands and weight lifting. For cardio, stick to walking. And don’t forget to get a good night rest if at all possible with an infant in the house.
