Really curious if that's something OpenAI put in its system prompt, or if it's something that it came to on its own. If the former, super lame. If the latter, uh...spooky

Not spooky considering it is trained on a lot of human dialogues and humans do use such language when "lecturing" each other. So can be just training data. Couple of times I had 4o tell me he needs 40 minutes to do the research and that I need to wait patiently. Lmfao
