Happy Friday! Tx minimum has been lowered to 25k for now. I've introduced a way to dynamically change this so it won't be a big deal moving forward. Also hopefully this is the last deployment before it's time to start tracking additional contracts 🤞

FOAMcaster-v2 has been deployed. It is very possible that it will break and need fixing as the entire codebase has been refactored. v1 proved to be surprisingly stable but had to deprecated because of how its event handlers were structured. Minimum FOAM to trigger casts is now 50k.
