very interested in the idea of tokenizing equity and making it programmable. imagine, for instance, that instead of getting paid dividends as a member of an LLC each quarter, you got paid dividends in real time when revenue occurs. incentives start to change contributor behavior quickly with real-time feedback

curious to hear your learnings from this so far. i'd imagine tax is still one of the big issues.

I have more to learn for sure, biggest thing is the DUNA framework allows non-profits to incorporate as a DAO (with all the tax implications being one of the biggest issues still being worked out). It does allow fusing some of the traditional co-op attributes (democratic member control, member economic participation) with all the scale, speed, and programmability tokenization brings.
