Normally, I don't use shampoo, only water. But sporadically (once a month or so) I use whatever my gf has in the shower.

I have had digestive disorders (controlled now) so my diet looks like:
I eat: meat, eggs, fish, fruits, dairy, some veggies, honey, nuts
I don't eat: grains, legumes, some other veggies.

Now I'm obsessed with carrot salad (Ray Peat version), really tasty! You should try it!

What do you do use as a shampoo? Can you tell us more about what you eat/don’t eat? 🙌

Whisking the tallow while cooling and adding drops to taste 🤌

I didn’t follow a recipe. I just took 250g of beef tallow and melted it on the fire. 

Then, I let it cool down a bit in a metal bowl. When it started solidifying again, I began working on it (kind of like you’d whip heavy cream) with a whisk (I guess an electric mixer it's also good). 

Then, I started adding drops of MB blue and essential oils (without checking quantities), and checking by smelling it and rubbing it on my hands.

I guess using specific measurements would be better, but this time I did it quite casual... I still have 500gr of Beef tallow in the freezer waiting, next time I'll probably write down specific quantities.

Proportions? Invented or internet find or…? Have some Methylene Blue that I forget to do anything with so could try this out
