ITAP a meteor by aciddent I hiked this mountain in the afternoon to catch the sunset. Started the descent after dark — I love walking through the forest at night, with just the silence, cold air, and my flashlight. Near the end of the trail, I looked back and saw the Milky Way rising behind the mountain. Just enough time to set up the camera and take one shot. Later, editing at home, I saw a meteor had crossed the sky right when I clicked.
