people may stay in crypto for a variety of reasons - friendships, communities, projects, etc - but almost everyone comes here to make money 

and if you make life changing money, you need to capitalize on that and take some off the table 

if you’re actually good at this, you can make it back again, and if you’re not, then it’s a good thing you took profit 

don’t fall into the trap of being short of a certain portfolio number you set in your head - the market doesn’t care about the number you decided to TP at

As far as I’m concerned , The only realized gain is a taken profit
