ok this kinda sucks, but i legit have repetitive strain in my shoulder/neck from DJing and being on the computer too much 🫠 so, i'm moving slower than usual, but we stay cooking 🧑🍳 any pointers from the peanut gallery? for context, i'm 36 and the biggest issue is the top of my left trapezius (if you traced a line from the bottom of my left ear to the top of my left shoulder)

Gotta teach it to relax and not engage when it doesn’t have to. I have traps like as if I’m a body builder, from years of being tense. Dedicated a lot of time for months leading up to my wedding to relax them so they’d shrink for the photos. Combo of deep tissue massage and lower traps/rhomboid strengthening
