Today at my work, we had a tasting of beers we've aged in oak barrels for 18 months. It's a beer we've been brewing for 3 years! Back in July 2022, an imperial stout. It's time to try these barrels to see how they're doing and assess the strength of the aging process and possible blends. Yes, I'm a little tipsy already, haha. 12% ABV 😆
