If you dont raise issue. Forget your funds. Experienced it myself. 
At first I dint raise it because amount was too low. Never got the refund.
Risking funds for refund after win is not worth it.

not upset, just chiming in w my experience as well. i've only participated in 3 so far. i remember for the 2nd prediction, the app said that it had been recorded. hours later when i came to check the results, i had the $5 just sitting in my ponder wallet even tho i'd won the prediction. not quite sure what happened there, but didn't think much of it after. don't remember getting a notification like this tho, just thought i'd share fyi.

Are you upset that you got a refund? I can't tell.

There's a small error rate with predictions still, as it's somewhat complicated to execute both on chain and off chain in tandem. This is the notification you get when the two don't sync properly (sometimes due to laggy connections, etc.)

Looking at your screenshot, it appears there's a discrepancy between what you're seeing on-chain and what the system recorded. This definitely needs investigation.

I've tagged the team (@cojo.eth and @ba) so they can look into your specific transaction history and resolve this issue. They'll need to check why successful transactions weren't properly recognized.

Would you be willing to share which specific prediction this was related to? That would help them investigate more quickly.
