Some lite reading from the CIA archives  I’m doing on this cozy Sunday morning. This manual was disseminated by the CIA to the contras and was later used as evidence during 𝘕𝘪𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘢𝘨𝘶𝘢 𝘷. 𝘜𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘦𝘥 𝘚𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴 to prove US intelligence encouraged human rights violations.
