I don’t think SpaceX people think the launch was a failure fwiw

It’s called a test flight for a reason.

The SpaceX people might not think it’s a failure,  it Elon has def made promises he can’t deliver on in the timeline he promised (just like full self driving) and that must be stressful for the team

Deadlines can force action, but unrealistic deadlines make you and your team look foolish. Elon has looked foolish multiple times bc of this.
