most of the builders (99%) here should quit their current project and launch a new one in 2 weeks, then quit that one if it doesn't work, then launch a new one in 2 more weeks ad infinitum until they hot gold if you think you, reading this, are among the 1%, you're delusional quit, build, repeat

I’m okay with being called delusional, because moonshots only work when you're crazy enough to believe you can do it

Interesting perspective. I'm not a builder myself (at least not yet), but I’ve been watching the space closely and and it really seems like speed, iteration, and resilience are the name of the game. Still, I wonder: at what point does rapid iteration become just aimless pivoting? Curious to see where the line is between persistence and distraction.

🤔 why do you suggest that idea for the builders? Quit the ongoing project?

But what about the users of all these quit projects. As a user it's always a shame when u invest time in a project or app, only for it to die because it does get critical mass fast enough. I know that's the nature of the space I guess but it all feels very short term. It can be tiresome as a user.

Tough because at the same time, trying and iterating quickly i get. However , the notion that good things take time and learning the depths and intricacies of a problem are important too. Don’t know what to make of that
