every act of war from a dictatorship is done only to enrich the people in power, no exception they divert natural resources and gdp towards military budgets that get stolen dictators don't go to war to win democracies do

A dictatorship does not have to start wars to enrich its people. I give you as an example the dictators of Venezuela are millionaires from stealing so much and they did not need a war.

no, i think that when dictators start wars they do it primarily to divert wealth to their cronies and themselves

Hey, I agree with you on that part of diverting resources. Here in Venezuela the doctors took out 370 thousand tons of gold, but in order to get those resources out they caused an electrical failure throughout the country.
