How to improve your leaderboard ranking

1. Choose a niche to a top 1% caster on Farcaster today and try to have one extra thoughtful cast a day (like a mini blog post)

2. More generally, cast *a lot* (many times a day); doesn't need to be about the above niche

3. Use catchy, brief titles, see @balajis

4. Make your casts text-heavy

5. Write text in short paragraphs (2-3 lines max); avoid wall of text

6. Include one embed only (link/image/video)

7. Engage: Reply to comments

8. Direct message followers your most important posts

9. Create niche-focused group chats and post links to your casts to help kickstart engagement

what about lurking and taking thoughtful actions like actually reading a big thread rather than just replying something?

why does this not get considered for the leaderboard? or is it just that the program is focused more on people who cast more only

This seems more like a limit of technology rather than an intentional function of the architecture. Recasting and generating responses is measurable in a way that meaningful comprehension isnt. I say this with 0k about the technological infrastructure <3
