My very biased opinion is that optimistic rollups are a dead end tech. We have the technology to fully prove every state transition in real time, so why even bother with 7 day waiting periods etc?
The game now is prover optimization, and I think the (weirdly missing from your list) Polygon ZkEVM is the clear leader.

Polygon, Scroll and Starknet are the ones I’m using the most.

Reason: vibes (and tech)

It is still very early so I would say any zkEVM-based L2. Polygon zkEVM, Linea etc. At that point, we do not lack options, we lack applications with product-market-fit, that deliver value to real users beyond trading and speculation :)
