Change diet
Contrast therapy (sauna / cold plunge)
Sleep colder
More water
Identify irritants (perfumes, oils, lotions, etc.)

adapalene, miracle in a tube. 

mid last year i started dealing w breakouts out of nowhere w no change to my routine/products. my suspicion, hormonal reasons but never actually got to the bottom of it. tried everything including cutting out the usual food triggers completely. nothing helped till i saw a dermat recommend this on her instagram.

gave it a go and bam instant results. thankfully the breakouts stopped a while back but i include this in my PM routine a couple times a week now.

weirdly enough i just posted about this today. saw someone recommended tretinoin which is great (been using for a few years now) but it wasn’t helping me at the time. might be worth looking into this but ideally consult a dermat before you give it a go. good luck! x

Get tretinoin 0.025% .. you are gonna purge for sometime tho , like it’s gonna get worse before it gets better.
