1966: Sound, Light, Silence at the Nelson—immersive light and sound environments. 1970s–80s: Colette Bangert’s algorithmic plotter drawings—early generative systems in dialogue with traditional media. 1998: Michael Rees at H&R Block—digital modeling fused with sculpture. 1999–2008: Grand Arts + Kemper—installation and video from artists like Isaac Julien and Barry Anderson. 2011, 2014: Narrow Margins and NEW, FOUR at KCAI’s Artspace— I curated group exhibitions featuring sculpture, projection, and time-based media from new KCAI Faculty. 👇
